Shu Liu holds a bachelor’s degree in Chinese Law from the Central University of Finance and Economics, Beijing, China and a master’s degree in International Business Law and Globalization from Utrecht University, The Netherlands. Shu further completed a Pre-master study program at Tilburg University, the Netherlands on Finance and Economics. 

Shu was admitted to the Chinese bar in 2012. Before joining Deken as an advisor, Shu worked as an intern with the China Banking Regulatory Commission and China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission. Shu specializes in arbitration and Plant Variety Right infringement cases. 

 Shu is fluent in English and Chinese.
