Shiyi He holds a Bachelor degree of Laws and English from East China University of Political Science and Law and a Master of Laws degree in Chinese Business Law from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. She is qualified to practice law in China.

Shiyi specializes in cross-border financial markets. During her practice, she has advised international and domestic financial institutions, state-owned enterprises, listed companies, and investors on China-related cross-border transactions, having extensive experience in project finance, corporate and trade finance, cross-border data transfer and compliance, etc.

Prior to joining Deken, Shiyi He had worked at a prominent Chinese law firm and a global investment bank in Hong Kong. 

Shiyi is fluent in Mandarin and English.
