Fang Wenxin holds a bachelor’s degree in Chinese law (Southwest University of Political Science and Law) and a master’s degree in tax law (Lund University). Wenxin passed the National Bar Examination in 1998 and she was admitted to the Bar in 1999. 

Before joining Deken as an advisor, Wenxin was a PRC lawyer for 3 years and an in-house lawyer for over 6 years. Wenxin specializes in commercial contract and insurance claims and has abundant experience in managing Chinese litigations and evidence gathering. 

Wenxin is fluent in English and Chinese.
