Xiaolin Sun holds a Master of Law (LL.M.) from Georgetown University in International Business and Economic Law with a Certificate in Securities & Financial Law and a Bachelor of Law from East China University of Political Science and Law. Xiaolin is licensed to practice law in China.

Prior to joining Deken, Xiaolin worked in a domestic law firm as associate and externed at an international trade non-profit organization.  She specializes in corporate law, international business and economic law, and corporate compliance. She is fluent in English and Chinese.
