Yijie Jiang holds a bachelor degree in Law from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology and a master degree in International Business Law from the Vrije University Amsterdam in The Netherlands. Yijie was admitted to the Bar in 2018 and passed the Fund Qualification Examination in 2018. 

Previously Yijie worked for a State-Owned venture capital company as a risk control officer. Yijie specializes in corporate law, investment law, finance law and international commercial law. 

Yijie is fluent in English and Chinese.
