Yushuang Zhu has an LL.B. degree from Yantai University in China and an LL.M. degree from Emory University in the USA. She passed the Chinese Bar Exam in 2020 and the New York State Bar Exam in 2022. Yushuang is admitted to the Securities Association of China and the Asset Management Association of China.
